Terms of Order, Delivery and Warranty
Inoice is valid for 365 days ( Invalid after expiration )

Tearms & Conditions
1. The production lead time for a custom mattress is about 12 weeks or more,
we will not provide any compensation to the purchaser in the event of a shipping delay.
2. Exchange arrangements of any kind, returns, refunds are not applicable.
3. Product dimensions are measured in centimeters. Size are nominal and are subject to tolerance of +/- 2.54cm
4. Product fabrics are subject to change without notice.
5. It is normal for the product color to have a chance of chromatic aberration in different environments and on the display of the browsing device.


Delivery Arrangment
1. Free delivery is available for purchase mattress and bed frame. ( except Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands & out size of Hong Kong area. ) A fee HK800 will be charge for delivery to Discovery Bay. And HK250 will be charge for MaWan. Delivery charged will be quote separately if delivery to Outlying lslands.  [ The above delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. For details of charges, please check with the store staff when ordering ]
2. 3 months free storage starts from the purchase date. Afterwards, a storage charge of HK500 / pc per month will be imposed.
3. Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday (10:00 - 18:00), excluding Sundays and public holidays. The exact delivery time depends on the current traffic conditions and is arranged by the logistics company, we will not provide any remedy for traffic or shipping delays.
4. For any change of the confirmed delivery date, please inform the purchased retall shop 4 working days before delivery ( EXCEPT SAT, SUN & PUBLIC HOLIDAY ),
otherwise, a service fee of HK200 will be charged.
5. The logistic company will contact you to comfirm delivery time-slot one working day (around afternoon) in advance.
but if the logistics company cannot contact the customer ( one day in advance ), the initial delivery schedule will be cancelled. Delivery date will be rescheduled.
Please make sure the contact number is correct.
6. If the Hong Kong Observatory has typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm, all deliveries will be suspended and rescheduled, and no compensation will be provided for rescheduling.
The customer is oliged to inspect and receive all items listed on the invoices and relevant delivery notes upon delivery of the goods.
Any subsequent claims for damage, shortage and loss of parts / assessories will not be accepted .
7. We undertake to delivery to a property with vehicular and lift access. If property has no lift, a walk up charge will be added for every floor.
We may not delivery above 8 floors ( includeing the ground floor ) for properties without lifts, we do not delivery to properties without vehiclar access.
Walk up charge: 1st to 3rd floor : HK270 per piece per storey. { Others require additional quotation }
8. We will arrange a schedule for the delivery and installation of the bed frame, the customer needs to install the service separately, and each set requires a service fee of HK1000.

Warranty Service

1. Dorelan mattresses carry a 10-year warranty against spring system damage, manufacturing defects and workmanship only. ( Excluding display & super specials items )
2. During the warranty period, the customer is required to pay for the checking & transportation costs,inspection fee starts from HK$500 each time.
3. This warranty applies only to mattress damage, manufacturing defects and workmanship and does not cover any zipper and fabric damage. The warranty period depends on the model and is printed on the warranty card.
4. Warrants are offered to the original purchaser and coverage begins on the date of purchase. The purchaser should keep the invoice, warranty card and delivery note to confirm the warranty.
5. The warranty does not apply to the following condition:

A. Fair wear and tear.
B. Negligent usage improper usage and care, operating beyond capacity, rough handling (e.g. abnormal bending, folding, long term sitting or standing).
C. This warranty does not extend to normal body impression of 1.5 inches (3.8cm) or less. All mattress will show body impressions as the upholstery settles.
D. Usage of inappropriate divan (e.g. slatted divan, net bedframe that offer inadequate support, too small or uneven surface etc.)
E. Personal preferences of mattress confort and accessories such as ticking, handle and ventilator etc.
Note: If the problem or damage is considered as within the scope of the our warranty service, we will happily repair or replace the damaged or defected parts as well as reserve the right to use other matenals in similar quality due to discontinuous of supply.

Product Care Instruction
1. Remove the wrapping bag before use to allow the mattress and divan to breath.
2. Body imprtessions are formed because the premium quality filling layers conform to our body contour after sometime. There are nornal characteristic of premium bedding and indicste the comfort level is conforming to your body. They are considered as manufactuning defact if it is compress less than 3.8cm.
3. To equalize body impressions, it is a must to turn / rotate your mattress from head to toe and / or flip it from side-to-side every 3 months.
